Andrew Phillips is a singer-songwriter based in the Hudson Valley of New York.

Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, Andrew picked up the guitar at a young age and spent his early years playing in a handful of rock bands. After spending a few years living in New York City, he moved to Hudson Valley where he now resides.

Over the past few years, Andrew found his voice and sound in a pleasant twist of alt-country and Americana music. His latest songs draw from everyday moments and themes of failure and success, moral clarity, and contentment, reminiscent of Jason Isbell and John Prine. Musically, the arrangements leave room for the words to breathe, letting honesty and plainspoken wisdom do the heavy lifting. All the same, the rhythm of his acoustic guitar shines and sometimes growls when the songs favor it.

Recently, Andrew began frequenting open mics around the Hudson Valley to share his songs with live audiences.
